$25.00 donation per person

REGISTER IN-PERSON

Visit the Landmark Health Club front desk with a check or money order made payable to Komen for the Cure Peoria Memorial. Sorry, the front desk can not accept cash for this event.

Mail your check or money order made payable to Komen for the Cure Peoria Memorial to event organizer at:

REGISTER ONLINE

You may donate online using Paypal with a debit or credit card. Please make sure your contact information is correct in Paypal. We need your e-mail address and/or phone number so that we can send you a reminder the week of the event.

Please Note: There are no refunds after you register. If plans change and you find that you can no longer participate on October 1, consider your registration a donation to Komen for the Cure. It is certainly okay for someone else to take your spot.
